Tough makeup, even waterproof mascara, is removed thoroughly and effectively, allowing you to drift off to sleep with a purified, perfectly-cleansed base. The vibrant blue colours within the bottle contrast with each other pleasingly, conjuring visions of crisp, calm oceans and bright white sands.
Shake your bottle of Bi-Facil to activate the bi-phase formula. Dampen a cotton pad until the pad turns blue, rest them on your eyes for a few seconds, then gently sweep down to fully remove your eye make-up.

I have very sensitive eyes but this remover is absolutely brilliant. It is non-oily and removes mascara etc. so very easily without any rubbing.
