Too early to say if this has any long term effect, but both times I've used this in my hair it's looked absolutely amazing once dry! Finding decent hair products is no mean feat as I have hair that is fine, thinning, wavy, frizzy AND greasy 🙈. But both times I've used this I've honestly felt like I've just stepped out the salon, it will be difficult to stick to the recommended once a week as I want to use after every wash! The two pumps recomended don't feel like much very product at all, but clearly a little goes a long way. Received as a free sample but will definitely be purchasing once that runs out
