The Maybelline Tattoo Liner is a waterproof eye pencil with a built-in smudger.
Lasting up to 36-hours, the powder-gel formula blends easily to give a blurred matte finish. It helps to create a smouldering effect for instant smokey-eye glamour.
Packed with pigment, the eyeliner resists sweat, smudges and fading. Equipped with a precision tip for controlled, smooth application.

I have been watching tutorials on YouTube to learn how to use eyeliner for hooded eyes lifting the eye area up. I thought I would give this a try, it’s easy to use and glide on well, however it did smudge a little so had to go over it again but it stayed on well for a good 4hrs.
