I get this as little freebees now and again and though it is meant for for thick curly hair it makes a wonderful treatment now and again for me with my fine hair. If I'm home or sporting a beanie for the day I will put a good glug of this on my ends and mid hair. I have shoulder length hair and half this tiny bottle is a good rich treatment. I don't put it on my roots. I leave it all day or overnight but I advise wrapping up you hair if you cherish your bed sheets.
