Not built to last
I have had two of these pods now and each one has stopped working after a few months, they just lose their ability to charge up and therefore become redundant. The first time this happened my pod was replaced, but the replacement lasted a bit longer and is now just outside the 6 month warranty so Look Fantastic have refused to do anything about it. Really disappointing when there is clearly an issue with this entire line, and posting this to alert others to potential issues. Aside from this I think the pod itself is actually great, it gives a really good level of scent and the oil lasts absolutely ages. Also love how portable it is.

This is a small rechargeable piece of relaxation heaven I use it every night just prior to sleeping and I use different scent in my car which makes it smell lovely highly recommend seems expensive but oils last a very long time

Good as an additional pod
I debated over getting this for a while based on the mixed reviews. I already have the original neom pod and love it but wanted something to use in the bedroom where I don’t have easy access to a plug socket. As other reviewers state this is noisy when going off and also a bit messy as you have to remove the stoppers from the oil bottles to use. I much prefer the original one but, I’m still glad I got this as it’s useful to use in the bedroom and will use when travelling.

At last a product which does what it says on the tin - well box
My wife bought one of these and it was great in the car. The product is an elegant looking device. It is easy to use and the oils that come in the pack are great smelling. When the product is working it is nice an quiet but gives off an aroma which is much stronger than any air freshener I have tried. So far not seen any problems. One thing I would say is that be careful when you turn u it on as pressing the first setting is max strength and pressing 3 times is minimum strength. I find this counter intuitive however this is a minor issue and does not detract from the action of the product. All in all a great product which I hope to get much use from
