This product carries a 12-month warranty for proper use in accordance with this manual against any manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty. Don’t waste your money! Hubby bought it me for Xmas, iv got the smaller one which is fantastic bought this as it was bigger and thought it would be brill, it’s rubbish! Smells like steamy water no matter how much oil you use, steam is to fast uses lots of water it’s the biggest waste of cash we’ve ever spent, buy the smaller one are waste your money on this. Neom definitely didn’t test this before selling it
