This product carries a 12-month warranty for proper use in accordance with this manual against any manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty. Wanted to love it but disappointed
I bought this to sit in my spare room office and pop it on when needed. The smell is lovely but when the atomiser cycle starts the vibrating noise that comes from it is just too loud, esp when I’m used to the Neon Wellbeing pod which is silent. Shame as I wanted to love it. Ill also be interested to see how long the essence lasts but too early to tell yet.
