This is my second time buying the Opalex shampoo and conditioner! From the first use you can tell the difference to your hair. The shampoo is an amazing consistency and it lasts for so long because you only need to use a tiny bit - I do get through The conditioner Quicker but that might be personal preference. I have bet long hair that I used to bleach and this has made a big difference to the condition. Well worth the money as the products last a long while. Saving up for the No3 now!

Have loved the number 3. Thought I'd try the 4 and 5. Have only used it twice so can't say too much yet as I feel like these products work better over time. Using this with the 3 and 5 and really like the combo - love how my hair feels after ! I love the smell. Also - I saw a review once on the 4 and 5 and someone mentioned they lasted her 6 months.. I thought it was a lie but honestly.. the consistency is so thick.. almost like a gel and you really do only need a drop it's true !! I have very thick quite long hair and it lathers so well. It's a good investment to use with the no. 3 to get the best effects you can. I think long term it's pretty cheap.. if you get a few months out of it then you're looking at just a few pound a month. I'm not going to use heat during the next few months of lockdown and will use no. 3 4 and 5 twice a week. Will post another review in 3 months to update on my hair length, condition and breakage results. (All three things the no.3 has helped improve so far)
