I suffer from insomnia from number of years and have been using all sorts of measures and advices to fall asleep without being dependent on medication, so this was a brilliant experience for me! I used this on my face and it has a nice cool sensation and such nice and beautiful jasmine fragrance!! The fragrance is quite nice and calming as compared to overpowering. My husband said I slept like a baby and I slept for 7 hours after so many years!! I love this beautiful product from sanctuary spa and will continue to use it!! I can’t recommend this product to everyone who suffers from getting that peaceful sleep either due to stress or any other reasons! This product is just superb and I will continue to purchase this once my this bottle is over.

Soothing sleep mist
I have always struggled to sleep so will try anything to improve the experience. I have tried lots of pillow mists and was expecting this to be the same lavender scent as others. However, I was surprised that it didn't smell anything like I was expecting, in a good way. I can't quite pinpoint the huge depth of scents involved but it's very soothing. Each time I have used it, I have fallen asleep without the stress of tossing and turning. I would definitely reccomend giving this a go of you struggle.

Lovely fragrance
As with all the Sanctuary Spa products the packaging is really great quality and feels very luxury. The spray itself is light and leaves a really nice fragrance on your pillow and the surrounding area. I can't tell if it actually made any difference with helping me fall asleep, but it made me feel relaxed and I love the smell of it so I will continue to use it regardless!

It changes dreams for the better!
A product that I have never used before. In fact, I haven't even heard that there is a spray that I can use on my pillow. My favourite colour is deep purple and this is the bottle, it looks very elegant and suitable for the night time. The fragrance is calming, delicate but deep, very relaxing. I gently sprayed my pillow, face and the little dreamcatcher that hangs next to my bed. I just felt heavenly, I smiled before going to sleep and fell asleep quickly. I use it every day and it feels like my dreams have become more relaxed. I love that my bedroom now has its own cosmetic!

Better sleep in a bottle
I have advanced osteoarthritis in my spine and I'm woken by pain 4 or 5 times every single night, I wear a sleep tracker and I average only around 1 hour of deep restful sleep and 3 hours of light sleep per night, a tough customer for any sleep product! I have given this a fair trial and used it for a month, using it every few days on and off to compare the results. I'm blown away by this product, it actually improved my deep sleep by 100% averaging 2 hours when using the spray and my light sleep improved to over 4 hours every time. The main difference though was the amount of times I woke up, only 2 or 3 times and on one memorable occasion I only woke once! I also found that I fell asleep a lot quicker and didn't toss and turn for hours. The fragrance is very light and not at all overpowering and doesn't overwhelm you when you're trying to sleep, in fact it's barely there, you just catch light hints of the fragrance. The bottle and packaging are lovely with purple and gold design, it's not "in your face" advertising, just very subtle and pretty enough to be allowed to stand on my dressing table and not put in a drawer, high praise for any product! I am so glad I tried this product and it will be an essential purchase for me from now on.

Quality product, beautiful fragrance
I was sceptical if this product would help with sleep but I have definitely noticed I can get to sleep more quickly when using this product. The smell is lovely without being over powering. One or two pumps is all that is required to create a sleep inducing atmosphere. On waking, I felt rested and calm. I will definitely continue to use this sleep mist.

Effective Sleep Remedy

Fantastic
loved this product. I used by spraying on my pillow and on my body. It was easy to use and the fragrance wasn't overpowering. When I used it it definitely helped my sleep, usually I have trouble going to sleep and wake up quite often in the night, but after using this I had a peaceful night's sleep with no interruptions. I definitely woke up being more relaxed. Would definitely recommend
