Bedside must to improve sleep
I can no longer sleep without using this. I spritz it on my chest and arms, the smell is divine. Definitely sleep much better when using, noticed I nod of quite easily and my deep sleep is improved, don’t wake up as often as I use to. The spray has become a definite must on my bedside table.

Amazing
The scent is very interesting. I was sceptic about it because I never use that kind of product before. But it really works. It makes me relaxed and help me clear my mind before sleeping. I cannot recommend this product enough.

a spa in a bottle
the scent is lovely, it lingers without being too overpowering. This spray is light and creates a dusting of fragrance, so there is no wet patches on bedding when using it. I love using this spray before bed time as i feel it does create a calming relaxing environment which allows you to easily drift away to sleep.

Calming Effect
The jasmine, patchouli and frankincense scents are subtle, not too over powering but very soothing and I really like the scent. I have found that I have slept somewhat better when using the spray. I do feel a sense of calmness which is what I need to fall asleep. Also you only need a few pumps. The nice part of this spray unlike other sleep sprays is not only can it be sprayed on the pillow but also on your face! I do believe I am sleeping more through the night.

A wellness mist with double the benefits
I first used this wellness mist during a particularly stressful week when my sleep had been affected. This light sweet smelling mist not only felt great on my skin but also left me feeling relaxed and I slept much longer that night too. My skin felt lovely in the morning too. I was dubious about this product achieving two benefits with one sprat but I have to say it worked. It is now a part of my regular routine.

Amazing
Absolutely love this product! Smells amazing and makes me relax before drifting off to sleep! I have it for about two weeks and I sleep much better now. Also it doesn’t make pillows wet, it mists perfectly! Very impressed!

It smells nice, but thats all!
The fragrance of the spread is really nice. It’s soothing and definitely an evening relaxing smell. However I’m not sure that it aided me with falling asleep. I spray each pillow generously before I clean my teeth, take makeup off etc but when I come back in to the room I can’t smell it at all and definitely can’t smell it on the pillows. I think when the spray evaporates it takes the smell with it. I wouldn’t purchase it again.

Refreshing mist with lovely scent
This mist has a lovely scent and feels refreshing when sprayed onto the face before going to bed. It is also nice to spray the pillow before getting into bed as the scent makes you feel relaxed and helps you to sleep. This really did help me relax at bedtime to enable me to fall asleep a lot quicker than normal.
