Relaxing
I have a busy job and sometimes find switching off to go to sleep a task in itself. This sleep mist is in a lovely bottle which looks great on my bedside table. A few sprays onto my pillow each night feels indulgent, it smells amazing but not overpowering the subtle scent just made my feel relaxed and ready to chill. I don’t know if it necessarily made me sleep better but it has certainly become part of my new nightly routine.

Sanctuary sleep mist
Bottle design is very modern with a gold colour ring around the neck just under the lid and 2 shades of purple on the label and lid. Nice bottle shape feels good to hold. Sleep enhancing scent which is Devine I used it for the first few days directly on pillow then for the next few days directly on my face a neck area then from then sprayed both my pillow and skin. Even though I don’t believe it helped me sleep quicker it definitely was calming and I did a actually sleep for longer usually I wake up several times in the night I only awoke usually one but occasionally twice since using the sleep mist.

Sleep in a bottle
The scent of this spray is divine, it really lingers without being over powering. Once sprayed I naturally found myself breathing slower and more deeply which certainly helped me fall asleep faster. I love this.

Delightful scent
With luxurious packaging and a wonderful scent, using this spray on your bedding/clothes makes for a relaxing ambience. Unfortunately I can't say it made any difference in my ability to sleep but it was very pleasant and indulgent to use

Pleasant smell
Although has a pleasant smell in terms of sleep made no Di to me as I have no problems sleeping. Probably for someone having problems sleeping can make a difference but not for me. I used is as fragrance for my pillow and do smell nice.

Sanctuary Spa Sleep Mist Revelation!
My first impressions were of the traditional Sanctuary Spa scent with a hint of something extra, it smells divine. I'm the first to lose sleep when stressed, I was really excited to try this product. I didn't particularly notice any difference on the first couple of nights however by night three I slept much better and within a week I was sleeping all night peacefully. What a revelation! I will be using this every night now going forward, thank you Sanctuary Spa for returning my sleep!

Blissful
I have never used anything like this before so was a little sceptical. OMG it was divine, such a blissful and restful sleep. This is now part of my nightly routine. You have to try it to believe it.

Sleep mist
Lovely looking bottle. Very pleasant subtle scent .Didn't leave the pillow feeling wet after spraying calming effect was felt. Tried on 3year old grandson and he settled quickly and said smells nice

Good night sleep !
I am using it for couple of weeks now and I love the fact that it has helped me relaxing and a good night sleep. The smell is amazing and not overpowering. It is relaxing and calming. The fragrance lingers for quite long . My whole family is liking it . I spray it on my pillow and bedding and it does the job for me . I love the bottle design and looks good . A well made product that works .

Arrived in a beautiful shaped bottle, not a huge fan of lavender if I'm honest but I don't hate it, this spray has the most gorgeous smell! even the hubby loved it, I started with it on the pillow but liked it so much put it on my arms also. I struggle sleeping period but I think this did help, I made a point of putting it on then taking long slow breaths, taking in the aroma. I'm definatley buying this spray to keep in my bedtime routine. next to my bed.
