Love love love this product. Its so nice being able to purchase a sleep aid that doesn't smell of lavender. The fragrance of this is divine. The mist itself is more than your standard pillow mist and can be sprayed on the body too (which is what I've been doing). The fragrance and routine of putting it on before bed is definitely relaxing which in itself helps you wind down and sleep better. The packaging is fully eco too. Highly recommend this product even if you've no issue with sleeping.

Sleep time
I have been struggling to sleep as going through Menopause. I was sceptical whether this would help but it really did. The scent is lovely and soothing and helped me to initially nod off. Unfortunately though it didn't help me to stay asleep through the night but I am not sure anything g will help with that at the moment. I will buy this again as I love the scent and it does help me a bit.

Smells amazing
The spray smells amazing so really nice to have as part of your bedtime routine. I did feel I had a relaxed sleep and my sleep points were up slightly on my Fitbit when I used it. I would recommend

Really good producy
This item did exactly what it said it would do. Usually I wake up about 3/4 times a night but once I started using this product I actually started sleeping straight through the night. I was so impressed with this product I will be using it again.

Game Changer
I love this spray! It smells so good and I truly believe that it really did help me sleep better.. even my partner is obsessed with it. Would definitely recommend as it’s 100% worth a try

Lovely smell
A lovely smelling spray which was used on my pillow and skin it left a amazing aroma smell after but sadly didn’t help me to relax and sleep that often.

Sleeping hero
Sanctuary Spa Wellness Solutions Sleep Mist came at the best time. Lately, I was struggling with my sleep pattern. I could be in bed at 9 pm but still, fell asleep at 1 am. From the time I started to use mist, I fell asleep in 5 min. The smell is amazing and my sleep is deep and relaxing. Recommended for everyone.

great nights sleep
was very sceptical after receiving tis as im not a great sleeper but after using it for a couple of weeks ive gone from waking several times a night to just once or not at all will definitely be buying more

So calming
This mist is so lovely, A beautiful aroma that relaxes me instantly.The fragrance is divine and not overpowering. I pop a few sprays on my pillow and pulse points and I feel calmer and drift off into gentle sleep. Also love the design of the bottle and packaging.10/10
