Suitable for all skin types, especially oily and combination, the moisturiser combats dryness with hyaluronic acid and niacinamide, while Vichy’s volcanic water protects against environmental aggressors such as pollution. The gel’s blend of mattifying powders and salicylic acid diminishes the appearance of excess oil and shine, leaving the complexion with a soft-focus finish.

Bouncy skin
I loved testing this product on my skin. I found during the winter it was much drier than normal but this gave such a nice cooling and hydrating feeling to my skin. It wasn’t heavy at all but felt it locked in moisture all day. I loved that it was fragrance free and not irritating at all! This is definitely something I’d purchase again.

Left skin smooth
Vichy 89 left my skin feeling smooth and rehydrated and fresh the 48 hour hydration was perfect. When I was in the Sun I feel like I was protected. It’s not greasy and great for oily skin. The packaging he’s great solid lead so nothing leaks which is perfect for when you’re on the go and feel like a top up or your gym bag to rehydrate your skin

A nice moisturiser, does what it says on the tin. 4 stars as I prefer tube containers as they keep the cream mire hygienic

Beautiful
I have loved using this face cream. I’ve used it every morning and have found my skin is so much softer and seems a lot more hydrated than it was previously. I feel like my skin is glowing now too. I know longer have the rough dry patches that I used to have. I love it and will continue to use it and will buy more when this pot runs out.

Cool Sorbet - for your face!
First thing I noticed when I received my Vichy Minéral 89 48H Matte Sorbet Face Cream is the great design of the ‘pot’ - good weight and looks fantastic! Inside, the cream feels silky smooth and a little does go along way. Has an instant cooling effect and my skin has loved it. I feel it has had a positive impact on hydrating my face and look forward to see its longer term impact. So far so good!

Skin feels plump
First impression of this cream is good. It doesn’t have a creamy texture. It’s thick and like a sorbet. It glides on the skin and does make you look like a glazed doughnut. It is very hydrating and the hydration did last until I applied it , I used this day and night. I also felt that it helped my make up. I noticed that some of my skin blemishes that are tiny red patches have decreased. I would definitely buy this product again.

Super impressed!
I have never used this brand before but am super impressed and will certainly be using this again. Super light texture that absorbs into the skin incredibly quickly with no excess moisture clogging the skin. Felt perfectly moisturised without any oiliness and most definitely reduced the appearance of pores. Great stuff!

I love the texture
I received this product to test courtesy of Home Testers Club. It's not a brand I usually buy but I am so glad I got to test it as I will buy it in future. I have oily skin so I hoped I would benefit from this and I did. It claims to visibly reduce excess surface oil and again I was impressed because it did. I don't agree that it lasted 48 hours but still I am happy with the result. I applied it to freshly cleansed skin and I have to say I adore the texture. It makes my skin feel so smooth and I find the mattifying effect is a great base for applying make up. I would buy this again and I would recommend it. I am impressed.

Absolutely fab
Iam obsessed with this!!i have been searching for a lightweight,non sticky finish in a face cream for ages and i have found it,its really good with a lovely silky texture which feels realky nice on my face (i leave mine in the fridge for a cooler feel) leaving my skin so hydrated and plumped and feelibg so fresh,this is a must in my routine now.

Good product
Overall decent product however not my favourite. I love the consistency - it feels super light on the skin. However, it has very chemical scent to it which I wasn’t too fond of. As for the moisturising properties it definitely helped a bit, however, there was no wow factor compared to other similar products. Overall, not for me personally but I can see it working for other people.
