Dissolve salts in a bath of 37-39°C. Relax and soak for 20 minutes. Tip: Try adding 200g to a foot bath to help relax tired and aching feet.

Always use these bath salts, paired with eg an Aromatherapy Associates oil. It definitely helps your joints feel better. Bought this large pack as it’s more economical, however it is very heavy to pour from.
