When to Use: This product is not a concealer; it is designed to bring light to the skin. It should therefore not be used to cover blemishes or to conceal.
Application: Apply Touche Éclat Illuminating Pen after applying your foundation or directly onto bare skin for a luminous, fresh-faced complexion. When using your Touche Éclat Illuminating Pen for the first time, you will need to click the pen up to 20 times to activate and start product flow. Use on eyes, around the mouth, the lips and all over the complexion to help illuminate and brighten.
