The best microbiotics out there
I've been using Udo's Choice products for years for their quality. Don't bother with cheapo microbiotics or the faddy drinking yogurts as they don't work. These are a bit on the pricey side but well worth it for good gut health.

Cures constipation
These probiotics are on the pricey side, but I have found them to be the only sure way to cure constipation. A subject that raises a chortle or two among the empty headed, but believe me is no joke. Cheaper probiotics don't cut it, but because the super8 gold is made up predominately of bifidobacterium it decants the bad gut bacteria and replaces it with a colony of good bacteria, and what a difference this makes. I've had colonscopies, barium investigations and so on but nothing got down to the root cause....dysbiosis. I only found out what this was by chance, doctors were no use, but generally civil. So I gave probiotics a pop and by magic it solved it. I ho every day, not 4 days. Cheers Mr udo!
