Can’t give you the specifics but all I know my skin is different (worse) when I don’t use it. I spray it on my face after a shower/face cleanse and leave it to air dry before layering other products or some days I just moisturise only. Over time my skin is better, clearer and feels more hydrated. When I run out I notice a difference. Not I stock up and never run out. Try it for yourself you won’t regret it.
