Always use this brand brush thought I’d try this one but upon opening & trying the bristles were uneven & some longer than others which caught in my hair which is super long it ripped a lot of hairs out. Think I may have had a bad one so ditched this & purchased the usual detangle one instead. Fab customer service though !
