Only need a small amount, feels light and not heavy like a foundation but does cover I would say medium coverage. I tried the cc first and the shade range is poor and colour was too dark for me but not in the bb cream it’s a touch lighter and less orange in me. I tried clair in both but it’s not for super pale skin.

Best BB cream ever used
After years wearing Holika Holika BB creams, I believe I’ve finally found a better formula for my blemish-prone skin. It offers great coverage for small imperfections and red spots, is non-comedogenic, and feels lightweight without creasing or suffocating my skin. It's comfortable to wear all day long. I wish there was a slightly fairer shade to better match my pale skin tone, but the Clair shade has a healthy pink undertone that still looks quite nice.

It’s the most perfect coverage, doesn’t budge all day, looks natural enough to not know you have anything on, but if you layer it twice it looks like a foundation. It gives you a really perfect non cakey make up look! I am blonde with pale winter skin that tans very deeply in the summer - In the winter months I am between nude and dore shades so I get both shades and mix it on my hand before applying. I’ve tried so many bb creams and at last I’ve found the one!!!
