Salicylic Acid Cleansers & Face Wash

Salicylic Acid Cleansers

Purify, clarify and decongest your skin with our range of salicylic acid cleansers. The ultimate hero ingredient for those battling with acne, breakouts and blemishes! This potent BHA (beta hydroxy acid) exfoliates dead skin cells and decreases oil production. It penetrates deep into your skin and pores, exfoliating and brightening your complexion - as well as helping your topical products absorb better too.

Unclog pores and control oil production with La Roche-Posay's Effaclar Clarifying Lotion or lift makeup, dirt, and other impurities that clog pores with The INKEY List Salicylic Acid Cleanser. If uneven skin texture is getting you down, look no further than the CeraVe SA Smoothing Cleanser with Salicylic Acid. Powered by ceramides and salicylic acid, it retexturises dry, bumpy skin by dissolving impurities and replenishing your skin's moisture.

For best results, you can use salicylic acid cleansers both morning and night. Dampen your skin and massage a small amount of cleanser into your face and neck. Rinse off with a damp washcloth and follow with your favourite serums and moisturiser. You can use cleansers with salicylic acid every day, but we recommend building up your skin's tolerance first by using them 3 times a week, then increasing their usage. If you're using vitamin C or retinol, apply them at different times of the day to your salicylic acid cleanser. This might mean you need to alternate between cleansers with differnt active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid or niacinamide.
