The Cetaphil Gentle Exfoliating Salicylic Cleanser sweeps away daily build-up, while visibly refining skin for a polished canvas.
Formulated with a refined triple-acid blend of salicylic, mandelic and gluconolactone, the formula gently exfoliates to help reduce the appearance of texture and uneven tone. Unlike gritty scrubs, the gel-foam texture feels refreshing rather than stripping and is laced with niacinamide, panthenol and glycerin to hydrate and lock in moisture. Gentle enough for daily use and suitable for sensitive types, the cleanser leaves your complexion soft and glowing.
- Application: Lather cleanser with a small amount of water and use all over as a face wash and/or body wash to visibly improve skin texture and tone. Rinse thoroughly.
- Routine: For best results, follow with Cetaphil Salicylic Acid Moisturising Lotion.

So gentle!
For the amount of acids it has in this I thought it would definitely have a negative reaction with my skin but it’s been quite the opposite! My skin felt so smooth after using it on my face and body I definitely have less visible bumps on my face now. My legs feel extra smooth after shaving but I do think my KP hasn’t really changed but I don’t think that can be solved in two weeks. Overall, it’s an amazing product I really recommend.

Great product
Fantastic product, made my skin instantly soft, evened out my skin tone and melts in to the skin with not much effort. Good sized bottle, pump dispenser is great. My first time trying the brand and can safely say I will be trying more. I used this all over my body and face and had no issues. It’s been fine with my sensitive skin and doesn’t feel oily or heavy on the skin. Wonderful product #hometesterclub

The product was great on my arms which had rough bumps and my arms are much smoother however it has made my face come out in more spots than before

Gentle exfoliation with good results
I've been using this every other day when showering as a body wash as I have KP on my arms, and suffer with ingrown hairs on my legs. For context, I also use a body scrub and glycolic acid once per week for these. I haven't used it as a face wash but it is very gentle so could be an option if you have sensitive skin but suffer from acne. My arms feel a bit smoother but are noticeably less bumpy and red. I still have ingrown hairs but they look less irritated and inflamed. I'm going to continue using this as part of my routine in hopes that with consistent long-term use both my KP and ingrown hairs will improve. #HomeTesterClub

Amazing!
I love this product I have been using it for a couple of weeks and my skin texture has improved so much! There’s less irritation on my skin, less breakouts and no drying effect afterwards and you feel so clean afterwards.

It was a gentle cleanser and made my skin feel clean after using. Wouldnt say I notice a big change in my skin after using the product for only two weeks. I would need to use it longer to see a result. #hometesterclub

A nice and gentle cleanser
I liked this cleanser as it wasn’t strong for my skin, so it’s definitely good for sensitive skin. However, I’ve not really noticed a major difference in the texture of my skin and the pigmentations I have so probably won’t repurchase.

Approved for sensitive skin
I have sensitive, acne prone skin and I typically only trust one brand. But I was willing to try a different cleanser and I wasn’t disappointed with this. It made my face feel really clean and refreshed after using and I haven’t experienced any breakouts since using it!

Gentle but effective
An effective cleanser that is gentle enough for daily use even on my sensitive skin. Salicylic acid cleansers I have used in the past have stripped and dried out my skin but this one gave me softer skin with a reduction in blemishes and a more even tone. The pump dispenser was easy to use and reduced wastage but I wasn't a fan of the slightly chemical smell. I still would recommend this cleanser to anyone with oily, blemish prone yet sensitive skin.
