The Olaplex No.3 Hair Perfector is a best-selling pre-shampoo treatment powered by scientifically-proven Olaplex Bond Building Technology™. Enriched with a host of revolutionary actives, the high-performance formula helps to hydrate and visibly smooth hair, promoting a stronger-looking and more resilient appearance.
With a pH balance of 3.5-5, the weekly at-home treatment works to restore a satin-like shine and soft texture to dry, damaged hair. Simply comb the radiance-boosting Olaplex treatment through damp hair, allow it to work its magic for 10 minutes, and then follow with your usual wash routine. The hair appears visibly nourished, exudes a glossy sheen, and feels luxuriously smooth.
- Application: Apply generously to damp hair from scalp to ends until hair is thoroughly saturated. Leave on for a minimum of 10 minutes (or longer if desired). Rinse from hair. Cleanse with OLAPLEX Nº.4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo and OLAPLEX Nº.5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner.

How to use Olaplex 3
Designed to be used once weekly, distribute the pre-shampoo treatment onto damp hair before washing and comb through for even root-to-tip saturation. Leave it on for a minimum of ten minutes and a maximum of 90, depending on how damaged your hair is. Rinse, then follow with Olaplex No.4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo and No.5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner. Dry and style as usual with your favourite Olaplex products.
Can you leave Olaplex 3 on overnight?
It is not advised to leave Olaplex No.3 in the hair overnight, as the formula is intended to be rinsed out and followed by a shampoo cleanse. The brand suggests that just ten minutes is long enough to notice visible results.

Made no difference
Have used this few times and haven’t seen any difference in my hair what so ever. My hair is bleached and quite dry and I always blow dry my hair. Was dissapointed as wasn’t cheap for the tiny bottle you receive. Wouldn’t purchase again.

Highly recommend this product. Yeah it’s pricey but hella worth it. My hair is a lot stronger and the split ends are less damaged, soft and silky. Never thought I’d see the day, as I used to dye my hair so much in the past and thought I’d never experience healthy unless I chopped all my hair off to start again (which I wasn’t prepared to do). You’ll see results are 2 or 3 uses. Aim to leave on as long as poss and ideally use shampoo n conditioner which is good for the hair, none of this patene or L’Oréal.

I’ve had olaplex so many times at the hairdressers and resisted number 3 for home. I have fine frizzy bleached blonde hair. This stuff is wonderful it makes my hair behave. I’ve read some negatives however you need to remember it is not a conditioner it is a treatment. I always use kerastase on my hair anyway and this is the perfect once a week partner! Sleep in it it’s so much better!

I was recommended this product by my hairdresser. I have highlighted blonde hair and in the sun and heat a lot. After the first use, I left it in for an hour - its recommended at least 10 mins., I couldn't believe the difference in my hair texture. This is not a conditioner, but an hair treatment to rebuild damaged hair. Wow!!! It's only a small bottle but it says once a week, although because of my damaged hair, twice a week is recommended. It's brilliant. I will definitely buy some more and recommended it for anyone who's hair is damaged either by sun, colour, or styling.

Bought it to give a try as there is such a hype about this product. I have natural blond hair, oily scalp, dry ends. So far I have used it 3 times overnight as a once a week treatment. Definitely can see the difference and hair looks thicker and healthy. BUT one bottle only lasts for 3 uses, which makes it really pricey and you can get results like this with elasticizer,so still not sure if I will repurchase.

If you are debating whether to try this product- go for it! I have fine hair and a lot of it.i have never coloured my hair,but it damaged easily from heat.i think I will get around 5 applications from the bottle. After using this just once I noticed a difference in my hair,I left it on over night and if you use any products with oil on your hair it might be better to shampoo (not condition) your hair before applying.This isn't a conditioner as it works on the inside of the hair.using it just once made me book in for Olaplex one and two at a salon.This treatment can definitely be used on its own without one and two though.

This is the best treatment I've ever tried. My natural hair colour was very dark brown but I've bleached it several times to reach a dark blond colour. I have long, thick hair but from all these procedures it became completely dry, rough and lifeless. I first tried this product at the hair saloon as it was highly recommended by my hairdresser. The results from only one procedure were noticeable but it was too expensive for me to continue doing it there. Buying this home treatment actually saved me a lot of money and the look and feel of my hair are amazing, it feels at it used to be before I started dyeing it. I really recommend it!

I'm not at my third bottle of this and I can confirm all the claims are TRUE. I don't have bleached hair but mine is fine and damaged from heat tools. I have naturally curly hair but after years of heat abuse my curls are now shapeless when I let my hair air-dry. After one month of weekly application, my curls' natural shape is slowly coming back! I also noticed that my hair is shinier and healthier. The only downside is the price but I think it's totally worth it.
