Great self care addition!
I have illnesses (spine) as well as diagnosed with BC a couple of years ago almost so relaxation & self care is so important to do when I can. These salts are worth their weight in gold as they definitely help relax muscles, cramps nerve pain. Excellent price & service from LF again thank you - you keep me sane via self care. These salts are so relaxing for the muscles & mind. I have a few illnesses which someone suggested trying Epsom salts. So glad I did because when I drop them into the bath then have a soak it feels like heaven & this brand is definitely one of the better ones used. Self care is so important especially when unwell.
