Not a fan of the pencil
I've bought the tattoo liner a few times now and it never lets me down. Thought I'd try the pencil as well but sadly it doesn't last very long for me and it smudges easily. It's easy to apply though

Good to start with
Really liked both products when first used....however the liquid liner has dried up very quickly ( within a month) the pencil one is good and highly pigmented but does still smudge under eyes as day goes on.
