FOREHEAD: With your fingertips, pull upwards from the top of the eyebrows towards the hairline.

CHEEKBONES: Apply firm pressure on three different face cavities, for at least 5 seconds on each; the side of the nose, the middle of the cheekbones and the middle of the ear.
