Good stuff
I have blue black hair and this shampoo works brilliantly to extend my colour. I used to have problems with red tones appearing a few weeks after it had been coloured but this shampoo has stopped that. Four stars rather than five as I need a treatment as well as a conditioner when I use this, it seems to be quite drying.

Great value shampoo, i dont have coloured hair so cant comment on whether it protects- but i do love it generally as a shampoo. The fragrance its devine- but if you dont like marzipan this definitely isnt for you.

Have repurchased Aveda Black Malva shampoo a number of times. Smells lovely, lathers well and leaves hair soft and bouncy. This order was great value but needs to be supplied with a pump due to large size, hence why only 4 stsrs

This shampoo makes my hair feel squeeky clean without stripping it of colour! Definitely recommend this product, best used alongside black malva conditioner. Although as I forgot in the conditioner review, wash hands and nails promptly to avoid staining!
