Not worth the money
As much as I love the smell of the product, and it’s luxurious packaging, the cream isn’t the best in my opinion. Whenever I use the base I break out the next day, I have combination skin so maybe it’s too thick? Could be just my skin type but not worth the money to me.

Smells divine!
The main thing I love about thus face cream/primer is the smell, its beautiful and when applying it I can't stop smelling it. The texture is lovely and silky and glides onto the skin effortlessly and absorbs well. It feels really moisturising, but it is quite heavy. I do love it but I think for the price point there are much cheaper alternatives that do the same job.

A staple product for skincare & makeup
This is yet another repurchase of the Bobbi Brown face base. I discovered this product a number of years ago and always get just as excited to open and use a new jar as I did the very first time. It’s such a beautiful product, it has a beautiful smell which is the first thing I always notice & enjoy. The texture is amazing, it has a rich buttery texture, very luxurious. I always find it just glides on so nicely on application and then I always leave to absorb for about 10 minutes before I do my makeup (I always do this regardless of what primer I use, I find the product can work it’s best this way, but it’s not necessary for the days when in a rush!) but this primer absorbs so beautifully into the skin & it really does leave a smooth, silky finish. It’s nice to know too that as the product is vitamin enriched my skin is being nourished throughout the day even with my makeup on. A little goes a long way when preparing for doing makeup while on the days I use it for skincare alone I like to use a little more just to indulge in the product and when not applying makeup it has plenty of time to fully absorb allowing for that extra amount being applied. The product itself does last quite a long time. Obviously if you are using it as a moisturizer and a primer you will go through it quicker but even at that it lasts long. When I originally began using it I remember I only used it as a primer and it lasted so so long. But now I do like to use it for my morning skincare routine as well, I find it gives a lovely glow and finish to the skin for no makeup days. Oh and the packaging of the product itself is absolutely fab, just another feel good element of using it I find! Would recommend to anyone, definitely a 10/10 product. As for purchasing it on Lookfantastic I do love the price/offers the site has as obviously it is more on the expensive side, although completely worth it, so that does make it more accessible/affordable to me personally.
