The St. Tropez Ultra Dark Violet Bronzing Mousse Self Tan helps you to achieve your richest, deepest tan yet. Infused with purple pigments, the formula adorns the skin with a golden veil to create a long-lasting deep tan.
Developing fully within eight hours, the nourishing mousse applies a streak-free tan for a luxurious sun-kissed glow. The fake tan is enriched with violet pigments to neutralise yellow undertones to promote a natural-looking, olive-toned tan.
Exfoliate and moisturise dry areas such as hands, feet, ankles, and wrists before application for a flawless finish. For streak-free results, apply using a mitt to ensure no missed patches. Rinse off after eight hours for a deep, olive tan. For on-the-go, shower after one hour and a natural-looking tan will develop over 8 hours. Exfoliate and moisturise regularly to prolong your tan and for an even fade.

I have tried so many fake tans over the years but I always come back to St Tropez. After seeing this new violet undertone tan I decided to give it a try. I always use dark/ultra dark fake tan as u like to be dark & I find some tans just aren’t dark enough for me. This tan is perfect for me. It’s lovely & dark (a little scary before showering) but once washed off is a lovely natural looking dark tan. It looks like I’ve just spent two weeks in the Caribbean! There is a slight smell but nothing too bad or unbearable. Another of my fake tan bug bears is when it starts to fade & you end up looking like a tiger bread loaf - this tan doesn’t do that & fades nice & evenally. This is now my go to favourite tan!

Tan goes on a lovely dark colour but difficult to blend as dries quickly. Most of the colour disappears after showering so just left with a nondescript light tan IME. Colour fades fast and goes patchy quickly. Better tans out there

Worst tan I’ve ever used
This is by far the worst fake tan I’ve ever used. The guide colour was SO dark I was scared I wouldn’t recognise myself in the morning and the application is awful, it dries within seconds and is impossible to blend so you look very patchy. Despite the dark colour on application, the developing stops there as I woke up a lighter shade which then almost completely came off when rinsing leaving a very light tan. Being branded as St Tropez’s deepest darkest tan ever, I was extremely disappointed. It’s a horrible application process for a very poor result. Would not recommend.

Not the best
I’m a regular fake tanner and have tried most fake tans on the market… I was so excited to try this! It’s advertised as being St Tropez’s deepest, darkest olive tan. I was happy with the application, it had a very dark and lovely undertone and a good smell. I left it on for 9 hours (slept in it overnight) and had a quick, cool shower in the morning. I was so shocked and disappointed as the colour came off completely! St Tropez have definitely got better tanning products than this. I wouldn’t recommend based on the colour you’re left with. It isn’t dark at all!
