The Too Faced Glitter Pop Eye Liner is an innovative peel-off eyeliner that glides on easily and peels off just as effortlessly when you're done.

Easy to apply with integrated fine tip applicator, the liquid eyeliner delivers glittering pigment onto lids with no fall out, and uses innovative film formers to lock down glitter until you choose to peel it off. Mix and match different colours or layer together for endless customised results.

Free from gluten and parabens.

Apply 3-5 layers for complete glitter liner coverage. Wear multiple colours together for an ombré effect. Make a mistake? Use a spoolie brush to remove excess glitter. Don't apply on top of lashes or brows for best results. Carve under brow for a sparkle highlight.
