TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you want to apply to be part of The Beauty Set, then make sure to read all of the details before you submit your application. 

The Basics:

  • The promoter of the competition is The Hut.com Limited ('we', 'our' , 'us' or 'lookfantastic').
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms without notice from time to time.
  • All applicants must be over 18 and domiciled in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) for the duration of the
    competition.
  • You have to register and submit your entry on Instagram using a public profile.
  • Entry to the competition will close on 28th January 2018.
  • Number of successful finalists is at our discretion, and will be dependent on the number of applicants. 
  • By entering the competition, you grant to us (including our affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents and contractors) an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty free, fully paid-up, worldwide, exclusive license under your copyright or other intellectual property rights to use, reproduce, distribute, display and create derivate works from the material submitted through Instagram and the material otherwise sent to us.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw this competition and/or your participation in the competition and/or involvement with lookfantastic at any time without cause. For the avoidance of doubt, if we withdraw the competition, your participation in the competition or your involvement with lookfantastic, the licence you grant to us in respect of any material submitted through Instagram and any other material provided to us will not be
    affected. 

  • Current and former employees, officers, contractors and agents of lookfantastic, its subsidiaries and affiliates, together with members of their immediate families and those living in the same households are ineligible to be awarded or retain any prize.

During Selection:

  • Entries will be judged on criteria set by us in our absolute discretion. We will appoint the judging panel, in our absolute discretion.
  • You must be available to come to lookfantastic HQ near Manchester for 1 day on either the 26th, 27th or 28th February 2018 and be flexible about which day you attend.
  • lookfantastic will cover costs for travel and expenses for those dates, to be confirmed with lookfantastic team.

If You Win:

  • You must be available to come to lookfantastic HQ near Manchester to film a campaign with us during the week commencing the 5th of March 2018
  • You will be informed of the lookfantastic partnership details before the winners of this competition are announced.
  • Winners will be expected to sign a lookfantastic Contract before any announcement.
