Not just a balm and more than a lipstick, the Kylie Cosmetics Tinted Butter Balm stands in a league of its own. Powered by the nourishing properties of jojoba oil, the buttery balm instantly hydrates the lips to lock in up to 12 hours of lasting moisture, all while blurring the appearance of fine lines.
Thanks to its non-retractable propel stick applicator that applies a little at a time, the formula glides across the lips with ease, leaving a glossy glaze in its wake. The rich pigments tint the lips, leaving them popping with colour and visibly plumped to perfection.

Amazing formula but not the packaging
This product was sent to me for review. I tried the shade 338 Pink Me Up at 8. The packaging didn’t feel premium, more like a drugstore product. Unfortunately, the color didn’t suit me, but that’s subjective. However, I loved the formula—it made my lips look smooth and plump without emphasizing lines. It has a glossy finish, is non-sticky, and tints the lips with buildible color. Because of the quality, I plan to buy a shade that suits me better. If you’re looking for a hydrating, plumping, and comfortable tinted balm, I recommend it!

I am really impressed with this, I shouldn’t be as Kylie products are awesome. This tinted balm is really good the pigment is much better than i thought it would be and give good coverage. Its if course a balm so needs to be re applied. It’s comfortable to wear and I already planning the colours I need. This is easier to wear than lipstick so a great daily lip option!

Shade She’s Lovely
Gifted this and whilst it’s a slightly darker brown/nude shade than I’d normally wear, this has converted me to try bolder/brown based shades. I have light skin, blue eyes and bronde/blonde hair. It’s a lovely creamy texture, more of a lipstick than a balm in my opinion. The only thing that could be improved is that once you’ve wound the balm up, you can’t get it down again so don’t wind it up too far or it will get squashed in the lid! Good product for the price point and a pretty case. Colour looks fairly accurate to the LF images.
