Great Eyesgadow
Now I've bought a few products from Surratt and the one thing I would recommend is their eyeshaduws. They are beautiful, long wearing and comfortable. I wear Haute Chocolate on a regular basis for a natural eye look. I get annoyed by the very flimsy packaging it comes in as their pallettes (that you buy) are not magnetic (you stick down shadows and my clumsy self always gets a nail dig impressions in them).

Elegant eyeshadow formula!
This is such an elegant eyeshadow. It has a velvety texture (almost like a cream eyeshadow, only it’s a powder!) and very pigmented. Easily controlled though and can be used as a one and done shadow or paired with a darker colour for something more dramatic. I love it.

Elegant foolproof formula!
This is a really elegant eyeshadow formula. Pigmented and velvety soft it blends like a dream and the colours are refined. It makes a brilliant one and done shadow or can be paired with eyeliner or a darker shade for Something more dramatic.

Silky shadows
I instantly loved the Surat eyeshadow formula. It is silky and applies so easily and blends out beautifully. The colour selection is mostly neutrals but they all seem to have a little twist to them that makes them different and special. I have 5 colours and find myself reaching for them a lot. Wear time isn’t bad - same as any other shadow I own but I don’t wear primer. They work really well as one and done shadows too.

Should be called Chocolat pâle
Very disappointed with this purchase. I've used Surratt before and wanted to replace a dark brown which I've used up. The actual Brun noir colour doesn't seem to be available any more so Chocolat noir sounded like a good option. It's nothing like the colour I expected - it's much paler than the images show and while I know Surratt is a good brand and I like the quality, I won't be using it because it's not what I wanted. I'd recommend going into a shop and testing the colours of this brand before committing to an online purchase.
