The Squalane Cleanser from The Ordinary transforms from a rich balm to a clear oil-like texture when warmed between the fingers, working to melt away unwanted residue without disrupting the skin’s natural oils.
The scientifically developed formula offers a gentle yet thorough cleanse, effectively removing makeup, including waterproof formulas, along with daily impurities and excess oil. Enriched with plant-derived squalane and lipophilic esters, the balm helps nourish the skin, while delivering lasting hydration. Gentle Oil Cleanser
This is a great cleanser. The most gentle formula I have ever tried. If you like double cleansing this will be a great first step for you. Using this leaves my skin soft and glowy. However I do feel like I would benefit even more if I used an toner to go with it, as sometimes I feel like my skin could benefit with a deeper penetrative cleanse.

Not sure I'm a convert
I'd heard so much about it this brand so thoight would try the cleanser. Really like the consistency when melts to almost an oil and does the job of cleaning your face. I felt my skin a little drier though after using for a few days and needed to use a little more moisturiser as a result. Not sure would buy again.

I like a cleanser that foams but this one does not and therefore you feel like you have not put enough. I was worried it would make my face greasy since I have an oily skin and squalane is an oil. It is gentle on the skin and cleans but just feels a bit funny.
