11 beauty sleep tips to wake up glowing and refreshed

When it comes to a good slumber, it takes more than just getting into bed if you want to get a true night of beauty sleep.

Following some careful tips can help to improve your skin, hair and emotional state and leave you feeling calmer and more relaxed.

1. Sleep on a silk pillowcase

Silk pillowcases are becoming more and more popular thanks to their incredible skincare benefits. Their fibres are gentle on the skin and hair, creating less friction between you and the pillowcase itself.
