Discover the Cantu Protective Styles Daily Oil Drops, a multi-purpose formula that nourishes, hydrates and protects.
Formulated with peppermint and tea tree oil, the drops help to nourish the scalp when wearing protective styles. The addition of avocado oil replenishes the hair’s moisture, while a blend of rice bran and nettle extract works to minimise the risk of breakage. Hair feels stronger with a touchably soft finish.
1. Pour directly onto the scalp. Massage in nightly or as needed to nourish when wearing protective styles.
2. Pour a dime-sized amount into the palms of the hands and massage into blow dried hair prior to braiding for a weave, wig, or braided style. Use a paddle brush to evenly distribute the oil until the hair feels softer from root to tip. Proceed with braiding.
3. Apply 1-2 drops on the ends of braids when preparing to takedown a weave or braids underneath a wig.

Have been using the cantu range for sometime and this tea tree oil does the trick for my itchy dry scalp. Highly recommend.

The tea tree scent wasn't overpowering...
I really wanted an oil with tea tree in it, and I also wanted to feel the peppermint and tingles on my scalp without the harsh tea smell. The tea tree scent wasn't overpowering, but it was definitely lacking something. Also, it was quite small in size, and I thought the price was too high, hence my 3 stars.
