Terms & Conditions: Golden Ticket Try me Kit Giveaway - April 2024

1. The Promoter of this prize draw is Elemis Limited of Unit D, Poplar Way East, Cabot Park, Avonmouth, BS11 0DD (“Promoter or ELEMIS”).

2. The prize draw is open to all residents of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and European countries where LOOKFANTASTIC delivers (“European Destinations”), aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. European Destinations can be confirmed online at https://www.lookfantastic.com/info/international-delivery.list

3. Due to the fact the Promoter does not have Spa Locations in European destinations, no golden tickets to “Win a Luxury Spa Treatment at one of our Locations” will be able to be claimed by residents in European Destinations. The prize will not be substituted, being considered forfeited. 

4.  Entry to this competition is only valid via the presentation of a winning golden ticket unique code.

5. The competition runs from 01/04/2024 until 10/06/2024.

6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for unique codes not successfully completed and received by the Promoter due to a technical fault of any kind.

7. The ten winners must email "lfprizewinner@elemis.com" with their unique codes to claim the prize.

8. After sending an email with their unique codes, the winners will receive a confirmation email from the Promoter.

9. ELEMIS reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

10. The winner must provide an email address, postal address, and telephone number to claim their prize.

11. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 3 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited.

12. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

14. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county/country of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning unique codes to anyone who emails customercare@elemis.com or writes to Customer Care Department, Elemis Limited of Unit D, Poplar Way East, Cabot Park, Avonmouth, BS11 0DD (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 5. If you object to any or all of your surname, county/country and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter customercare@elemis.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

15.Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

17. In so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

18. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy: https://uk.elemis.com/privacy-policy . See also condition 14 with regard to the announcement of winners.

19. The prize draw will be governed by English law, and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

20. When applicable, ELEMIS does not accept any responsibility for postal or courier delays in delivering the prize to the winner. 

21. If the prize is a Spa Treatment in one of the Promoter locations, the treatment must be booked according to the instructions provided by the Promoter in the confirmation email. The treatment is subject to availability (type and location) and must be booked within [16] weeks of the confirmation email date.
