Great product but refill isn’t good
Love the product and had run out so I thought I’d save some money on purchasing the refill. I had read up on how to change the refill and even watched the demonstration video. However, no matter how hard I tried the pot wouldn’t fit and I lost a lot of product changing it over. I have given up now as it just wasn’t working so I’m having to use it with no lid which isn’t ideal as it is an expensive cream. Won’t be purchasing the refill again.
