Shake before use. For a cat-eye look, sweep along lash line stopping at the outer corner. Draw a line from the outer corner towards the tail of the brow, stopping when your wing is just the right size for you. From the end of the wing, glide the brush tip back to meet your lash line.

Good but needs more pigment
I really like using this eyeliner pen as it glides on smoothly and doesn't bleed. I've not given five stars though, as I feel the pigment is not strong strong enough and I have to go over the line two or three times to make it opaque.

Excellent
Bought my second one as black friday deal although my current one is still in perfect working order. Ultra fine tip with hairs is so much better than feltpen tip of many other eyeliners. Brown is stunning natural looking color ideal for tightlining close to the lash line for a perfectly natural look which enlarges the eyes without creating harsh lines.

Not so good
Unfortunately thisbjust didn’t workout for me…its dry, nit much product comes out and it takes me waaay to long to do my eyeliner. I got it in brown shade, color is beautiful but thats about it
