The bodyguard heat spray coats each strand of hair for a smoother-looking finish ready for styling. Use with all tools from hairdryers to straighteners and tongs for ultimate thermal protection and great hair.

Separate the hair in horizontal layers starting at the back of the neck. Apply 2-3 pumps of ghd bodyguard from a product's distance from the hair. Continue working up in layers to create an even distribution of product through the hair. Brush through and style as normal using your favourite ghd tool.
Style Tip. Apply ghd heat protect spray first if you’re layering it up with other styling products.

HG Heat protection
This is the only heat protection I can use on my hair, wet and dry and that doesn't leave it "crispy". I've tried so many of this type of products, and always come back to this one. It's at the higher end price point, but I find it's really worth it as each bottle lasts me several months (I wash my hair 2/3 times a week).
