Great
Brought these to improve skin and I believe my skin is a lot bouncier and firm because of it. Hair and nails seem a lot stronger also.

Clear skin
Read some good reviews about this brand of collagen. Only used one bottle, didn’t take the recommended dosage so couldn’t notice a huge difference. Over the course of finishing the capsules I did however notice clearer and brighter facial skin but not much difference in my thinning hair.

Early days..
The capsules are easy to swallow and have no after taste, which is good. However, you do need to take at least 6+ capsules a day to get the recommended amount. I've only been using them for 3 weeks so not early enough to tell if they're making a difference yet.

So far so good
i started tsking these capsules because i felt my Nature Best collagen supplements weren't making a different anymore. just lime other reviewers i did some research and these capusules are highly rated. I'm just taking two a day and i think i csn see tbe benefits in my: skin, hair and nails.

Not for me
I have been taking these tablets for about a week and my skin has become very dry. My skin was better before I started using these. I am really disappointed because I thought these would add an extra boost to my skin care routine and help with the collagen levels. Not happy at all.

Best ingredients and works
So, only been taking two caps a day for the last 2 1/2 weeks but already noticing a difference in my complexion. Nails are feeling a litter stronger. I hope I see more improvement and in my hair as we approach 6 weeks! Will be buying again!
