I thought it would just feel nice to have something cold to reduce puffiness, but if used with serums/oils as instructed, it actually feels like it's making a difference and that's after a few days

A great cooling sensation - I find this really relaxing! I don’t notice much in the way of beauty/skin benefits, but in terms of relaxation it really does the trick! It does heat up from the warmth of your face, but as it has a roller on each end you can just turn it around.
