This is a decent eyeliner, it doesn’t transfer on hooded lids and has good pigment

This eyeliner is very warm and quite light. Has almost an orange tone to it. I expected a dark brown so this just looks a bit weird. The tip is also very hard so not very comfortable to apply. Would not recommend.
