Not like the ‘very irresistible’

I loved the original very irresistible. I loved its scent and that cerise pink tall shape bottle. It was one of my all time favourites. This one, it is different, the pale pink bottle has a pretty diamond cut design with a pink plate ribbon around its neck. It looks more subtle and sophisticated in appearance. The scent is strong at first (it is a perfume, so has more a concentrated formula) it’s sweet, maybe a bit too sweet for many. It’s floral with a sweet pear scent, rather than musk sweet, it is easy to wear, and a lovely feminine scent. I use it everyday for work. Lightweight. Great for all occasions to be fair. The bottle is square and small and can easily fit into a handbag.

I love Givenchy fragrances, I am yet to find one I don’t like and this one is beautiful! It’s quite floral, has a good depth to last a long time through the day but not too heavy. It has a light sweetness, not sickly and the bottle is stunning.

Sweet and Musky, But Lacks Longevity

I have been using the Givenchy Irresistible Eau de Parfum and found it to have a very sweet fragrance initially, which then fades into a musky scent. The scent lasts around 3-4 hours on my skin, though it's possible I just get used to the smell after a while. My husband noticed I was wearing perfume, which is a good sign even if it wasn't an outright compliment. Compared to other fragrances, particularly the Givenchy L'Interdit Eau de Parfum Rouge, this one is sweeter but doesn't last as long. The bottle design is luxurious and feels expensive, with its very nude colors. While I enjoy the fragrance, I find it doesn't last as long as some other perfumes I've used, so I wouldn't recommend it to others looking for a long-lasting scent.

This is lovely, sweet and fruity and also a little musky. I have used it daily for over a week and think it is great for every day wear. I would say it is more of a spring or summer scent - it is light and fresh.
