Weird texture, it's not right

The texture of this cream is very weird, I think there's something wrong with my item. It's not creamy, it's kind of stiff and it takes a few seconds to be able to spread on my face.

This cream is brilliant. I suffer with rosacea and damaged skin barrier. I was using Priori but the cost was too much. After using loads of others this is the only cream I found worked. Thick cream so lasts ages but doesn't feel thick and sticky on your face. I've never had a reaction when using this cream and the burning sensation from my damaged skin barrier is calmed by this cream. Definitely recommend it for any one especially people who suffer with painful damaged skin barrier..
