Arrived damaged

Appreciate things get damaged in post but rinse off serum lid completely snapped off, with sharp edges left behind. Did resolve with customer services eventually but shouldn’t have taken several emails, one should have been enough. Shampoo lathers well and hair feels clean after one wash. Rinse off serum doesn’t feel like it conditions hair enough - like other reviews I have read, I find it takes a couple of pumps of the leave on serum to de-tangle my hair. My hair Is incredibly smooth and shiny, though flat and need to wash a little more frequently. Probably due to the leave on serum. Too early to tell if it improves condition of hair enough to reduce hair loss.

A really lovely set, smells amazing and works to keep hair soft. The conditioner is challenging to use as it is a water and so can get wasted. The scent lasts for days and the blow dry cream keeps hair smooth

The rinse off treatment feels like a mini protein so I think the people experiencing dryness might be because they don’t need it. The application was a bit messy I will say. FYI I have 4b/c fine/medium high density hair

I’ve been using this system a few weeks now and my hair is in a great condition. I use heat a few times a week and my hair seems not to be showing the same dryness as usual. Doesn’t seem to be volumising which is a negative for my fine flat hair but have interchanged when I’ve wanted a style with body. Would recommend

Definitely need to use a separate conditioner as well as the serum. Shampoo is nice and lathers well. My hair feels stronger but still a bit frizzy.

I had high expectations for this set due to the reviews and prices, I have medium length hair and have to use a lot of the leave in mask to get a brush through my hair, after using for 2 weeks my hair felt more damaged and dry than before, I will go back to my previous brand, although not cheap but half the price of these products with better results.

I have fine blonde highlighted hair which was looking and feeling dry. It was starting to break off. I was initially put off by the price of these products but my word what a difference, my hair feels thicker and is like silk when straightened. I would highly recommend this if your hair is needing nourishing
