2This isn't a great budget eyebrow gel. It leaves obvious clumps on the skin beneath the hairs and no matter how much I remove product from the wand with the tube, it still applies top much product and is too watery.

4Holds my brows all day with some tint. No flakes. The brush is small and easy to use but its not very tapered so it can be a bit messy if you aren't careful. The formula isn't the easiest to remove and needs a double cleanse, it pills up a bit as you remove it so have to be gentle.
