This is ok, not heavy I wouldn't say that it's light reflecting, the colour Swan suited my fair cool skin tone. I wouldn't repurchase

If you are looking for a replacement for Becca eye brightener, it's not that. It's more matte with no shimmer effect, however it's a decent product, it doesn't dry my under eye area and it has medium coverage. No caking when using concealer or powder
