Difficult to use

I quite liked this conditioner, it works well on my hair and smells great. However, I found it very expensive and doesn't give me better results than a more affordable (also Japanese brand) conditioner. The biggest problem though was the pump on the bottle, so little came out that I found I needed to try to take it off in the shower or use multiple pumps, both quite difficult with wet hands!

Can't Go Wrong with Shu Uemura

They may be more pricey products but I find that Shu Uemura are high quality products and often a little goes a long way. I really liked using this conditioner and found that it hydrated my thick wavy hair really well. The only reason I gave it four rather than five stars is because I can get a similar level of hydration with a slightly cheaper conditioner and also because I found the pump gave a very small amount of product so I needed to pump multiple times to get out the amount I needed.

Holy grail hair condition

If I could use this all the time I would. My hair feels incredible. Worth the money. Really awkward to finish the bottle tho. Normally about 1/10 of the bottle left which you can't pump out at the end. Please change the design!!!!

I'm not big on hair conditioners, I don't colour my hair or use excessive products so I don't need to. However, when I need a haircut or the ends get dried out, or you have one patch of hair that's a weird texture...this is the best conditioner I've ever tried. It smells amazing and my hair ends up amazing, sleek smooth, no frizz. And it's so luxurious, I feel good when I'm using it, well worth the money.
