Not been taking long enough to notice much difference but have started to notice my skin feels smoother. Nails seem stronger too. Really nice taste. Sachets are really handy.

Good collagen. Not that keen on the blueberry flavour on its own in water. But if add to diluted juice tastes good and easy to take that way. Think I have benefited from taking regularly.
