Whenever I stop taking these I notice my hair just isn't the same, these vitamins are a bit pricey but they're worth it! My hair feels so much nicer amd thicker with consistent use. So pleased I got them on such a good deal too! You do need to take these long term to really see the benefit but I always go back to these and wonder why I stopped taking them! My hair had got very brittle from medication and stress so after a really good chop I started using these to help keep my hair in optimum health amd already I can notice a difference!
